After graduating from the London College of Printing Lee started out as a graphic designer working for Skidmore Turnbull.
With a love for advertising a move soon followed, and Lee became an Art Director for Beechwood, a small independent agency working on a diverse range of clients including Bushmills Whiskey, HMV, Pro Plus, Revlon and Waterstone’s. The agency grew and soon went on to become one of the first truly integrated agencies.
Having a hands-on approach a move to a smaller boutique agency called Smart was next, working on brands such as IKEA, ING and The London Stock Exchange.
After a brief time freelancing, Lee then worked at CHI&Partners and became design lead on their Times and Sunday Times accounts. He then went on to become Head of Design at one of their bespoke client agencies - The Box.
He was then approached by Rapier to become Design Lead and work on the adidas account for a year before then becoming Design Lead at The&Partnership for TalkTalk.
Lee strongly believes in ideas and simplicity, and that this should be at the heart of everything he creates.
