TOAST Ale is an artisan brewery based in London. They utilise discarded slices of bread in the brewing process, to create their award-winning beer. All profits go to the charity Feedback which aims to half food waste by 2025.

They asked me to create an engaging and original packaging solution that highlighted their story yet still stood out on the supermarket shelves.

The hard part was getting the balance between it looking like a box of beer and a loaf of bread. I think I got it just right.

The Festival of Sport was a customer engagement event hosted by Adidas that ran in conjunction with the 2016 Olympics. The idea was to get people of all backgrounds to sign up and get involved in sport.

The event went live in Shanghai with other countries soon to follow.

I was asked to design a toolkit of assets for every channel of communication with a distinct and unique look and feel.

Working closely with Aardman Animations I created this microsite and CRM campaign for young savers. I drew the scamps which Aardman then took and built the assets for myself then to create the designs from.

It was a great collaboration and Aardman were a pleasure to deal with - I even got to meet Wallace and Gromit in the process!

Some 1.6 billion people worldwide live without electricity, something we all take for granted.

Adidas wanted to provide the opportunity for people in those circumstances to have access to sport, whilst also creating awareness of their plight.

Working closely with a creative team, we created an app that tracked how much energy you burned during a specific exercise or sport. Adidas would then turn that energy into electric energy and provide lighting for sporting parks and fields around the world.

The client/agency relationship is a very important one. 

We designed this utility app as a helpful tool for both parties to predominantly manage workflow of projects and gather performance results. But it also had many other useful functions such as booking meeting rooms, an integrated team page with biographies, a feedback page and a dream brief section to upload your ideas.

A great tool for a collaborative approach to work.

Eutelsat is one of the world’s leading and most experienced operators of communications satellites.

With their 39 satellites they provide capacity to clients that include broadcasters, pay-TV operators, video, data and Internet service providers.

For the IBC exhibition I created all the marketing collateral and CRM to give them the maximum exposure in a fiercely competitive market.

I wanted to create something different and interesting so I came up with the idea of the paper.

Full of newsworthy articles and infographics it was visually engaging and compelling. Whilst my team came up with the content, I created and designed the broadsheet layouts which was a real pleasure to produce.

Whilst working for the LSE I created this nice little idea that really had a lot of stand out in an ever crowded market.

The work itself was quite varied, including brochures, outdoor posters, a trade demo interface and a trading app.

To celebrate having a million customers joining their loyalty scheme YourPoints, NatWest invited members to play an online game whereby all participants would win a prize (of varying value).

I designed the look (user interface and functionality) of the game that worked on both mobile and desktop, plus all the supporting material.

Whilst working at Smart I provided a full graphic and interactive service to promote the former East India Company warehouse into a retail, leisure and office campus destination.

Bushmills is the oldest licensed distillery in the world and wanted to invite existing customers to be part of that heritage.

I created the 1608 Club, a place where members could receive exclusive offers and benefits you would associate with a private club.

The elements of the project included a logo, a website, and a mailpack which included a copy of the original license from 1608.

Proquote is the London Stock Exchange’s cost effective global market data provider.

Working closely with the LSE I provided a full graphic and digital service that highlighted the simplicity of the product.

As a result Proquote has won the ‘Best Information Display System’ at the Systems in the City Awards for two consecutive years.

NatWest identified five significant financial life events and needed a more helpful yet emotive way to connect to their customers during this time.

I designed brochures and apps for each of the five events as a regional pilot scheme. 

By giving the communication more of an editorial feel the information became more digestible and the project has now been produced nationwide.

This project initially set out as an email but with the amount of content I was given, I soon realised it worked better as a digital newsletter or app that you could use when you required.

It is still in development but I still think the 3D lettering is the best part.
